A. Web Design & Development Services
- Initial Deposit/Advance Payment: The initial deposit or advance payment is non-refundable. This payment covers our initial project discovery, planning, resource allocation, and setup costs.
- Mid-Project Refunds: Once work on a project has commenced, refunds for partial or full payments are not available. We invest considerable time in strategy, design, and development from day one.
- Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project after it has started, any payments made up to that point will not be refunded.
B. Digital Marketing, SEO, and SMM Services
- These services are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
- Payments for a given month of service are non-refundable as the work (e.g., content creation, backlink building, ad management, social media posting) has already been performed for that period.
- Clients may cancel their service for the upcoming billing cycle by providing at least 15 days' written notice before the next billing date.
C. Domain Name Registration & Hosting Services
- Costs associated with Domain Name Registration are strictly non-refundable as these are purchased from third-party registrars who do not offer refunds.
- Web Hosting fees are non-refundable, except for a 7-day window from the initial purchase for new annual hosting plans only. Monthly hosting plans are non-refundable.
3. Non-refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Service setup fees
- Third-party software or plugin license fees
- Ad spend (e.g., on Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Time spent on consultations and strategy sessions
